Such sanctions may be imposed without adherence to natural justice, fair procedures and procedural rules or on groundless severity.

 

Larry Fenelon is one of Ireland's most experienced practitioners in sports disciplinary law. Combining his keen interest in sport with his sports arbitration background, Larry has advised a number of sporting organisations (including the Gaelic Athletic Association) in relation to sports discipline disputes. He has acted as sole advocate in over forty sports disciplinary disputes to date.
